HOTEL RULES

• The hotel has 24-hour surveillance.
• We have parking spaces available for our guests, subject to availability. Although this area is monitored, the hotel is not responsible for vehicles or items left inside them.
• We recommend using your room's safe to store money and valuables. Also, remember to properly close doors and windows when you leave your room.
• For your safety, the hotel's ramps are for trolley use only. Always use the stairs to move around.
• We kindly ask you to respect the dress code in our restaurants to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
• For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use glasses or other glass containers in the pool area.
• Drinks consumed by the pool and at the bars must have been purchased from our establishments.
• Towels and other room linen are for exclusive use within the hotel. Thank you for not using them outside our facilities.
• We kindly ask you not to hang clothes or towels over the terrace railing.
• If you do not wish to receive phone calls in your room or prefer to set a schedule for them, please inform Reception.
• The card you received at Reception upon arrival identifies you as a hotel guest. Please carry it with you at all times while on the premises.
• Smoking is prohibited outside designated areas. Please consult the hotel map to find their location.

Accident
If you suffer an accident or witness one within the hotel, report it immediately to any staff member, who will notify the emergency services.

The Public Relations department can assist you with any management, documentation, or translation related to the accident.

Fire
Inside your room, behind the entrance door, you will find the hotel's evacuation plan.

If you discover a fire, activate the alarm using the corresponding buttons. Indicate the location and nature of the fire.

If you hear the alarm, immediately leave your room and go to the meeting point. Always follow the staff's instructions. Close your room door and all doors you use during the evacuation.

In these cases, DO NOT:

• Use the elevators.
• Shout or run, as this can create panic.
• Transport or use liquids or objects that may pose a fire risk.

All hotel staff have received training and conduct periodic drills to act correctly in case of emergency. If a drill is carried out during your stay, we appreciate your cooperation.
