To ensure your safety and that of other guests, we recommend reading the following guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact Reception.
SAFETY
In case of…
Accident
If you suffer an accident or witness one within the hotel, report it immediately to any staff member, who will notify the emergency services.
The Public Relations department can assist you with any management, documentation, or translation related to the accident.
Fire
Inside your room, behind the entrance door, you will find the hotel's evacuation plan.
If you discover a fire, activate the alarm using the corresponding buttons. Indicate the location and nature of the fire.
If you hear the alarm, immediately leave your room and go to the meeting point. Always follow the staff's instructions. Close your room door and all doors you use during the evacuation.
In these cases, DO NOT:
- Use the elevators.
- Shout or run, as this can create panic.
- Transport or use liquids or objects that may pose a fire risk.
All hotel staff have received training and conduct periodic drills to act correctly in case of emergency. If a drill is carried out during your stay, we appreciate your cooperation.
