Reception Lifts
The main building has two lifts providing access to the different levels of the hotel.

• Lift 1
  Located opposite the Reception desk. It provides access to the lower floor, where you will find the entrance to the Main Restaurant and the Beatriz de Bobadilla Lounge Bar.
• Lift 2
  Located opposite Kristina Bar in the Reception lobby.

It provides access to:

- The upper floor, where the Sun Terrace and Conference Room are located 
- The lower floor, where you will find the Beatriz de Bobadilla Lounge Bar and the Pastrana Room. 

Club Laurel Lifts
Two lifts built into the cliff connect the hotel with Club Laurel, the beach and the fishing village of Playa de Santiago. These lifts are exclusively for hotel guests and are operated using your room key card.

The lifts to Club Laurel are not suitable for wheelchair access. To reach Club Laurel, guests using a wheelchair will need to use their own means of transport or take a taxi.

Please use the lifts in accordance with the maximum number of passengers specified by the manufacturer.

For safety reasons, the lifts close every day at midnight.
