Reception Elevators
In the main building, you will find two elevators that facilitate access to the different floors of the hotel.

• Elevator 1: located in front of the Reception desk. It connects to the lower floor, where the entrance to the Main Restaurant and the Beatriz de Bobadilla Lounge Bar are located.
• Elevator 2: located in front of Bar Kristina, in the Reception hall. It provides access to the upper floor, where the Solarium and the Conference Room are located, and to the lower floor, where the Game Room, the Video Room, the Beatriz de Bobadilla Lounge Bar, and the Pastrana Room are located.

Elevators to Club Laurel
On the cliff, you will find two elevators that connect the hotel with Club Laurel, the beach, and the fishing village of Playa Santiago. Their use is exclusive to hotel guests. They are activated with the room key. Always use them respecting the maximum number of occupants indicated by the manufacturer.

For security reasons, they remain closed every day from 00:00 h.
