Information
We have five swimming pools, all of which can be heated. Heating is available from November to April. In accordance with the regulations of the Government of the Canary Islands for the prevention of legionella, the maximum water temperature is 24 °C. For the rest of the year, the pools remain at ambient temperature.

The Club Laurel pool is the only saltwater pool.

Opening Hours
The pool opening hours are:
· Summer: from 10:00 to 18:00. 
· Winter: from 10:00 to 18:00. 
During these hours, we provide lifeguard service.
For safety reasons, the use of the pools outside the established hours is not permitted. The hotel is not responsible for incidents that may occur outside these hours.

Pool Towels
The towel service requires a deposit of 20 € per person. Upon arrival, you will receive a card that you must keep throughout your stay and hand in upon check-out for your deposit to be refunded. Once you hand the card to the lifeguard, they will provide you with a towel.

Laurus
Our main pool features a children's pool where the little ones can enjoy Laurus, an aquatic space with a slide and a giant bucket that fills with water and empties periodically.

Solarium
On the first floor of the main building, you will find an area dedicated to naturism.
