Reception Information
Reception is open 24 hours a day.

• Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.
• Late Check-out: Available until 6:00 p.m., subject to availability, prior reservation, and additional cost. 

Valid credit cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. 

Luggage
If you need help with your luggage, you can request pickup by calling Reception (ext. 9). Available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

If your departure coincides with the first morning boat, we will collect your luggage the night before, between 8:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Room card
The card you receive at check-in identifies you as a hotel guest and allows you to request any of our services, so we recommend you always carry it with you.

In addition to opening your room door, the card activates the lights when inserted into the slot next to the door, and also allows access to the Club Laurel elevators.

Transfers
We offer a complimentary private transfer service exclusively for our registered guests, with routes between the hotel and the golf course.

Next to the hotel, you will find a bus stop and a taxi stand. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

If you need to arrange a transfer, Reception will be happy to assist you. We only ask that you request it at least 24 hours in advance.

Mail and stamps
You can deposit your letters and postcards in the mailbox located at Reception, where you will also find stamps for sale. Letters and postcards are collected from Monday to Friday.
