Information
We have five swimming pools, all of which can be heated.

Pool heating is available from November to April. In accordance with Canary Islands Government regulations for the prevention of Legionella, the maximum water temperature is 24°C.

During the rest of the year, the pools remain at ambient temperature.

The Club Laurel pool is the hotel's only saltwater swimming pool.

Opening Hours
Swimming pools are open:

- Summer: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm 
- Winter: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm 
A lifeguard service is provided during these hours.

For safety reasons, the pools may not be used outside the stated opening hours. The hotel accepts no responsibility for incidents occurring outside these hours.

Pool Towels
A €20 deposit per person is required for the pool towel service.

Upon arrival, you will receive a towel card, which must be kept throughout your stay and returned at check-out in order to receive your deposit back.

Present your towel card to the lifeguard, who will provide you with your pool towel.

Laurus
Our main swimming pool includes a children's pool where younger guests can enjoy Laurus, a fun water play area featuring a slide and a giant tipping bucket that fills and empties periodically.

Sun Terrace
On the first floor of the main building you will find a designated naturist sun terrace.
