HOTEL REGULATIONS

• The hotel provides 24-hour security.
• Parking spaces are available for hotel guests, subject to availability. Although the area is monitored, the hotel accepts no responsibility for vehicles or any belongings left inside them.
• We recommend using the safe provided in your room to store money and valuables. Please also ensure that doors and windows are securely closed whenever you leave your room.
• For your safety, the hotel's ramps are intended exclusively for service trolleys. Please always use the stairways when moving around the hotel.
• We kindly ask you to observe the dress code in our restaurants in order to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
• For safety reasons, glassware and other glass containers are not permitted in the swimming pool areas.
• Drinks consumed around the swimming pools and bars must have been purchased from our hotel outlets.
• Towels and other room linen are for use within the hotel only. Thank you for not taking them outside the hotel premises.
• Please do not hang clothes or towels over your balcony railing.
• If you prefer not to receive telephone calls in your room, or would like calls to be restricted to certain times, please inform Reception.
• The key card issued to you at check-in identifies you as a hotel guest. Please carry it with you at all times while on the hotel premises.
• Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the hotel map for their locations.

In the event of...

Accident
If you have an accident or witness one anywhere within the hotel, please notify a member of staff immediately so that the emergency services can be contacted if necessary.

Our Guest Relations Department will be pleased to assist you with any documentation, formalities or translation services related to the incident.

Fire
An evacuation plan is displayed on the inside of your room door.

If you discover a fire, activate the nearest fire alarm call point immediately and report the location and nature of the fire.

If you hear the fire alarm:

• Leave your room immediately.
• Proceed to the designated assembly point.
• Follow the instructions given by hotel staff at all times.
• Close your room door and any doors you pass through during the evacuation. 

In the event of an emergency, DO NOT:

• Use the lifts.
• Shout or run, as this may cause unnecessary panic.
• Carry or use flammable liquids or any objects that may present a fire risk. 
  

All members of staff receive regular emergency training and participate in routine evacuation drills to ensure they are fully prepared.

Should an emergency drill take place during your stay, we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
